Furnace in my travel trailer will not run through the night?

When I turn on my furnace in my trailer, i hear a flew "clicks" and it will usually light within the first set of clicks. However, after it has went through a few cycles of reaching temp. and shutting off and coming back on, it will not fire again. I can hear the ignitor "clicking" trying to light the flame but after 3 failed attempts or "clicking" the furnace will shut off. I can then go to the thermostat and turn it off, then back on and it will try to start for another 3 attempts. Usually after doing this a few times I can get it to light again.
What could be some possible things to check? The trailer is 5 years old and I have had the problem since I bought it. When it was under warranty I took it in and they replaced the ignitor, but didn't seem to fix the problem.

It sounds like the Fuel Valve to me. Like after a few uses, it gets hot or shorts out a little, and won't open. If you can get someone to help you, you can bypass the circuit and apply voltage to the Valve directly, while you assistant holds an open flame near the burners. This way they will ignite and not allow raw gas to accumulate. Open and close the Valve several times, and see if you can make the Valve fail to open when you repeatedly apply Voltage to it.
