i go to the gym almost everyday, ive also started doing insanity workouts. In November i got down to 9 stone 9 but now im 10 stone 3...im 5"2, i suppose im quite muscular but 8pounds of muscle is a bit extreme...i havent gone up any dress sizes, i eat about 1200 calories most days..anyone have any ideas what it could be?
