GBA Pokemon Fire Red/ Leaf Green?

alright im at the part where i beat the elite 4, then i returned the ruby , now i cant get into the "dotted hole" to get the saphire, to fix the network machine, because a scientist is blocking it...
need to know how to get the saphire~~
