Getting back into hunting question?

Well im going to get back into hunting. Im 17 years old and i used to hunt all the time before my dad passed away. I just have some questions

-Do i need my hunters safety card? i dont have the card as it is lost in oklahoma(i now live in kansas)
-How do i apply for my license? I fall under the Native American free license thing
-What do i have to do to be allowed to use a gun/bow?
 
What state has the "Native American free license thing"? I live in Wisconsin and we don't have that here. We have to purchase gaming licenses just like everyone else. The only Natives who don't have to have a license are those who hunt or fish on their own tribal land IF they have rights to do so.
