Getting into shape for MMA fast?

Im gonna start training for MMA in April, Im defiantly out of shape, not really poorly out of shape, just out of it. I have a physically demanding job, but not one that I would consider something that builds up aerobic or anaerobic activity. But it defiantly does help me build strength, Ive gotten alot stronger since starting my job as a stocker in a grocery store. Like I'll pick up multiple boxes weighing like a total of 100 pounds and carry them about 30 feet, stock them and then go get more.

Other than that, I need to drop about 100 pounds to get to my fighting weight, but I know that will come through a long period of time. For now I am just wondering what I can do to get into the best shape I can in a short amount of time. Im willing to train multiple times a day if I have to. Just let me know. I have access to a heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, treadmill, weights/barbell, jump rope, stair stepper and resistance ropes. I just recently came into all of these, they were handed down to me when I told my bro I was going to do MMA, he just gave them all to me. But he didnt know any advice to give me to get into shape quickly.
