GNC's Maximum Greens Multi- vita pack.?

For some reason I started taking GNC's Maximum Greens Multi-Vita Pack, and the next morning i was dry heaving. Also I'm still feeling a lot of pain in the stomach and abdomen. Has anyone else felt the same or can anyone tell me why im felling this way?
