Going through some type of illness health issue... what the (blank) is going on?

I went to the doctor but it will be a while before I get any information because they sent off the blood work. I have severe migraines, brown urine, fatigue. I am fairly young, thirsty and I don't urinate as much even though I drink 64 oz of water or better because I am so thirsty. My thyroid has been outta whack for 2 years now or better. I was just wondering if someone could give me some insight as to what this could possibly be. There were leukocytes protein, and blood in my urine. It's just bothersome that my headache won't let me rest anyways.
