good alphabet dvd for tots?

i've rented the leapfrog letter factory and that is way too complicated for my 2 yr old and she lost interest almost instantly. i'm looking for a simple abc song type movie. simple enough that she will sing along and see the letters at the same time. anyone know of something like this?

i sing the song for her and try and use flashcards, but she doesnt pay attention to the cards and just plays with them. she can count to ten and trys to sing the alphabet song with me already but i would like her to recognize the characters also.

It sounds like she is doing great for 2. I'd recommend getting her simple books that has the alphabet and words/pictures that start with the letter-there is a page like this in Richard Scarry's Best First Book Ever my son also has a Sesame street book called Big Bird's Alphabet. Also look on sesame street.com videos, type in alphabet, there are a lot of cute short videos where they sing the song and show the characters as well. But don't sweat it too much, mom she sounds like she's already learning very well and I am sure it'll come with time.
