What is a good arm workout routine?
I've just started to go back to the gym. I try to go about 3 times a week. I've always been able to develop my triceps and chest pretty easily, but I've never had big biceps.
Can someone recommend me some other exercises to do, or tell me if the workout I'm doing for them now is any good?
I do 4 different exercises. I try to do 8-10 reps with the amount of weight that I can lift. I do 3 sets each, for each of the 4 exercises. I do standing curls with a straight bar, then I take the cables on each side of me, and I stick my arms out on either side of me and pull the weight towards my ears. Third, I sit at a decline, and use the dumbells to do curls. Then I do them again standing up with heavier weight.
I need some new bicep exercises please. I don't doing curls when I sit on the bench and lean over. I don't feel like I get a good workout that way, but if it's recommended to do them, then I'll include them.
Anyways, more exercises, and is 3 sets enough, per exercise?
