I'm looking for some new books, I like mystery, humor, sci-fi, fantasy, general fiction as long as it's good! I recently read Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchet, a ton of Isaac Asimov, a book by Tim Dorsey, Bill Bryson, and I'm hungry for more! Any suggestions?

Janet Evanovich has a fun series of mysteries starring Stephanie Plum who takes a job as a bounty hunter. One for the Money is the first one, they go thru 15. I would start reading in order but it doesn't matter after you get the setup from 1 and 2. Fun easy reads full of humor and mystery with a little romance thrown in.

Tom Robbins's novels are quite funny--his best are "Jitterbug Perfume" and "Skinny Legs and All."

Also, although it's quite sad as well as hilarious, I recommend Jonathan Safran Foer's "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close." I laughed out loud many times (but also a few tears).

Another great novel that had me laughing out loud (but also crying in places) is Miriam Toews's "A Complicated Kindness."

Happy reading!

i want some!! i wish we could do independent book projects in my english class:(. sorry i dont know of any haha

Since you already read Good Omens, you know what Pratchett's work is all about. That guy is a literary genius and he's the only author whose books I laugh at every time, without fail. Seriously. If you enjoyed Good Omens, you'll love the rest of his work. =D

He's not exactly humorous, but I'd recommend Eoin Colfer and his Artemis Fowl series, if you haven't read those already.

Catherine Jinks has some really good books out there, like Evil Genius and The Reformed Vampire Support Group.

Also, Christopher Moore is another one that comes to mind, but his work can be very offensive. (F-bombs are dropped and people get naughty, so if you're absolutely against that kind of thing...) But, if you read his work with an open mind, you can enjoy it. I'd recommend A Dirty Job, if you're willing to give Moore a try.
