Good colleges located (preferably) in the Midwest for majoring in nutrition?

I'm a sophomore in high school now and have recently come across an area that I may be interested in as a career. My goals are to major in nutrition and minor in psychology. What are the requirements for becoming a nutritionist? And also, which Midwest colleges would you suggest I attend?
