Good food with low calories and filling?

I HATE vegetables, Seriously, I'll only eat peas and corn (Which i know aren't very good for you anyway) and i eat quite a bit to get full, So if i eat snacks like chips or whatever i'll end up eating way more than is recommended. I'm open to anything except vegetable ideas, Any recipes for snacks,breakfast,dinner,lunch would be appreciated. Stuff that's good to snack on, You get the idea. And any tips to FEELING less hungry.
 
You know,About a year ago, I started eating breakfast consisting of a bowl of oatmeal with ground flax seed & some fruit (usually banana or blueberries), an egg, and 2 Morningstar Farms "sausage" links. I can last for about 5 hours on that, whereas before, when I was eating a bowl of (high-fiber) cereal, I'd be famished 2-3 hours later.I think this concept is great for people who just plain don't like being hungry all the time, and especially for those of us who try to watch our weight. Thanks again for the great post!
