I've made a betting pool for UFC fight cards. I want to tell how I've set it up and see if you have any ideas to improve it.
For each of the 5 main card fights, you pick the correct fighter for 4 points (or 5 points for main event). Then, you pick the round in which the fight ends for one point, and the outcome for another one point (fight finishes or submission).
- If you pick fight finishes, you also have the option to pick KO or Submission for another one point. This is because if you pick decision you will obviously get the round point too because ti will end in the 3rd round, so with a decision you are guaranteed two points for that. So, I gave the possibilty of up to 3 points for picking fight finishes because it is harder to get those correctly.
Any other suggestions? I also need a tiebreaker.
