Good Recipe for Taiyaki? How would i shape it into a fish?

I have been interested in Japanese cuisine for quite a while and i would like to try and make some taiyaki but i do not know a good recipe and i also do not know how i would make it look like a fish correctly so please help me!
 
Taiyaki is made using regular pancake or waffle batter. The batter is poured into a fish-shaped mold for each side. The filling is then put on one side and the mold is closed. It is then cooked on both sides until golden brown.
Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup water
6 ounces azuki beans, mashed and mixed with enough sugar to form a thick sweet paste
vegetable oil
Directions
1Cooking time is actually UNKNOWN and will likely vary with stoves!
2Stir flour, water, salt, and sugar thoroughly. Add baking soda.
3Heat the Taiyaki-ki (fish mold) on both sides briefly so it is warm, not in intense heat.
4Spread the oil in the Taiyaki-ki and pour the mixed ingredients into the Taiyaki-ki filling it half way.
5Put Azuki beans over the mixed ingredients in the Taiyaki-ki.
6Pour additional mixed ingredients on Azuki filling the Taiyaki-ki.
7Close the Taiyaki-ki and heat both sides turning the Taiyaki-ki over at intervals.
8Let it cool and enjoy the Taiyaki.
9Additionally, a Taiyaki-ki, or fish mold, is needed to make Taiyaki. You can purchase one through yahoo stores.
