Good Romance/Humor Anime?

Alright I'm looking for a good romance anime but its also funny as well . Preferably something that is English dubbed and on a website that I will not have to download it. I've seen Chobits, and please do not recommend School Rumble, Fruit Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Naruto, Bleach and This Ugly Yet Beautiful World even though it isn't that funny I just got done finishing it.

If any of you have seen Chobits thats the kind of funny I'm looking for, it can be a high school romance or a collage one just make sure it has funny stuff in it as well.

Tsubasa? I only saw 1 episode but it seemed to have comedy and

Boys over Flowers is my favorite anime. Its got romance and comedy. Set in high school.
