Good space sci fi movies?

So far, iv seen:

1. moon
2. sunshine
3. pandorum
4. the core (not space, but same principal)
5. event horizon
6. avatar
7. solaris (not that good imo)
8. contact
9. red planet
10. the 5th element (not quite as serious as i had hoped)
11. the forbidden planet (couldnt even finish this shit)

other sci-fi movies:

1. primer
2. soylent green
3. cube (more of a psycological thriller)
4. cloverfield (good story line, bad directing)
5. district 9 (didnt really like the documentary aspect. good story thogh)
6. gayniggers from outer space (horrible movie. just watched it for the lulz, and there were hardly any)

i would like sugguestions for movies that you think i would like.

and please, no mainstream siht, like starwars, star trek, transformers, ect.
woops, let me hadd hitchikers guide to the galexy to this list as well.
 
did you see the original solaris or the crappy remake?

Species, Species II, Annihilation Earth, Future X-cops, Invaders from Mars, Cyborg Conquest, Star Runners. I hope you would like these sci-fi movies. Few of them you can watch on HBO. Stay tuned to HBO for more fun and adventure! ;)
