I am fairly new to mma/muay thai/ju jitsu training and I'm wanting to know where to begin with a good diet plan to follow...some basics...I am 6 ft, 225lbs, age 32....I am not looking to compete in UFC, just possibly some submission bouts, amateur muay thai, or an amature mma bout in a cpl years, my diet isn't all that great....here are some basics about my lifestyle
-me and my wife have 6 kids involved in various activities, most meals are eaten on the run or made out of convenience which is horrible I know
- I only get to train 3xs a week
-I don't have the money to spend on super expensive supplements and miracle dieting solutions
anyone out there that can help I appreciate it....give me your success story or idea or at least point me to the right webpage or whatever, thank you again
