Every time I make vanilla or yellow cupcakes, they always taste really dense, dry, not sweet, and overall gross. I've looked up recipes online and I even have a book but they always taste the same. I want to make a moist, light, sweet, and delicious cupcake, but every single recipe I've tried (I've measured correctly and cooked it to the correct temp and time) tastes awful. I can make the Betty Crocker ones and they taste great so maybe the recipe for what's in that? Or one of your own that you've actually tried and is good?
