Good workout routine?

Shoulders and Legs
Back + Biceps
Chest + Triceps

I usually give 24-48hr rest between each exercise. I was thinking of doing each exercise 2 times a week (6 days a week weight training) my goal is to gain muscle size. Is this a good plan or should i just stick to 3 times a week ! thanks !
 
no it is better for you if you want to bulk your muscles size is to workout 5 days with cardio and weight lifting make first 30 minute cardio and then do your weight lifting for anther 30 minute and give yourself two days for recovery in between your workout and don't forget to take your supplement to get the best result ever best of luck and enjoy your workout
 
Any one of these muscle workouts... a lot of people on the forums say the dougs 4-day split workout is a great one...
