Got hit 2 superman puches in mma what should i do to my nose?

Its all big now from up where it was hit but not broke my teacher told me that the nose is a cartallige and the big thing dont know what its called in english will help it become a bone and it wont be straight again it what should i do i got hit yesterday
 
well there is a bone in your nose although allot of it is cartilage just leave it alone you well be fine
