Got my daughter a 2gb Sylvania MP3 for christmas help with Itunes please!?

I got her a little cheap sylvania so I can reclaim my ipod. It is a jump drive type model smpk2066. I've tried to download her hannah montana and junk from I-tunes on here and it won't seem to load it. it shows that it is writing...but then won't find it when I unplug it. This is maddening. Please help!
aren't there any cheap mp3 players that work with Itunes?
 
Because it is Sylvania it probably is not compatible with Itunes, try loading it through Windows Media Player.
