When am playing GTA 4 on multiplayer i cant kill anyone? only with massive explosives? i.e rocket launcher....i try shooting them with any gun and they wont die? like the whole room i cant kill anyone,same goes for me I get shot and my health only goes down a little bit instead of going down ALOT like its supposed to... its not a glitch or anything? because only once i played where i could kill people with guns etc...

lol some people turn killing of. If the leader of the lobby turns of killing you cant kill. If it happens join another game or create you own and turn friendly fire on.

well not really gta is better in ps3 you could do campaign it helped alot when i done it gives u some trainning
