is it a turn off?
how many would you draw the line at?
& where do you think a tattoo is totally unacceptable & you cant stand?
 
No, it's not a turn off. I would draw the line at tattoos being done on one's genitalia. And I think the "tramp stamp" (lower back) is probably the most unacceptable and annoying place to have one.
