Guys this is driving me insane please help with this pc problem?

whenever i turn my pc on it starts up but nothing displays on the screen it says no signal detected so i have to press the restart button then it turns on but the problem is if i have overclocked it resets my overclock etc i have tried everything, including upping the volts for the ram, vcore i have even tried using different ram and taking out 2gb and just using 2gb but its the same PLEASE HELP

1000W CORSAIR POWER SUPPLY
ASUS P5NT DELUXE MOTHERBOARD
4GB RAM
and ive updated all the bios and chipset drivers etc.
