Has America ever raised a bigger group of whining sissy boys and girls

You just think you're self made. Take a good look at your past and ask yourself if you could honestly have made it without some help from the government.

We are sensitive, informed, cultured, and understand different perspectives. It's a good thing. :)

The selfish whiners are those that would dismantle the institutions that insure a smooth running socieity and secure a better future for our children and at the same time pass on enourmous debt to them just so they can lower their tax bill. All while federal tax rates have not been lower for any American for nearly 70 years.

Actually the sick part, is the government itself wants to provide everything. The government wants complete control, and why wouldn't they? The more power the more fringe benefits. And as to the schools. Since the government took over public education the intelligence level has been proven to have dropped significantly.

The people are idiots to not see this. Their fault comes from accepting larger government, from letting themselves be dumbed down.

But lets not ignore the fact that the government clearly intends to infiltrate into every facet of the American citizens lives. People are brainwashed to love this.

Is there a huge group of whining sissies? Absolutely. But they were made that way, and it was no accident.

Every generation is the same as the preceding generation. And every 20 years or so, someone asks the dumb question, "Has America ever raised a bigger group of whining sissy boys and girls as we have now?" Damn, what a stupid a*s question.

Never in my lifetime and I've been around for a long time. It's the "keep up with the Jones" syndrome...

These people have no shame.

Many Americans do work hard. It only takes a small portion to make it harder for us. We don't expect government to provide everything, but since other countries get affordable healthcare, shouldn't we get on the bandwagon?

This is the same rhetoric all upcoming generations hear. The Baby Boomers--who are now in control--had the same thing said about them.

If the recession continues, not that anyone wants it to, but if it did, it could train Americans to be self-reliant and frugal like the generation who grew up during the Depression. They were the people who pushed us through WWII, and then built up families and businesses in the 1950s. As my dad would tell me, it builds character. And character is sorely missing these days.

Because they have no talent and slacked off in school, so being a democrat is an easy way out.
