Has anyone ever done the "BIG 3" on a 97 BMW 3 series? ?

I have my system setup and i get diming lights on my controls when i slap hard. My eq lights clock and cluster etc. I have a cap and it doesnt help.Ive tried looking for people who have done it on a bmw because of the battery being in the back and the alt in the front. Is it necessary for the alt + to go all the way to the batt + because 0ga is dam expensive lol.

My system is

HU- JVC AVX2
EQ- 7 band clarion not sure on the model
4ch amp- old school rockford fosgate power series 800 watt
Sub amp- Soundstream pca2000d
subs- 2 12" kicker L5s in a ported enclosure
cap- spl 2.5 farad
wiring- 0ga to d block and 2ga to sub amp and all stinger rca
epicenter- soundstream bx12 but i rarely use it..lol
 
See, I always tell everyone that a capacitor won't do anything, but no one listens. lol. Anyway, you HAVE to run a cable from the alt to battery positive. It's part of the Big 3 and if you want it to work you'll have to do it. I know it's expensive, I hate buying cable. lol Good luck!
