I am going to my dr today but want to know if anybody has heard of this for almost a week i felt like someone had been sitting on my chest I have had all flu symptoms fever no lower then 102.3, can't keep any thing in my stomach not even water, and painful muscles except diarrhea about 4 days ago then on top of it around 2 days ago I had cold symptoms with stuffed nose and headache I woke up at 2am yet again to puke but now I also have black diarrhea has anyone has some thing like this or know someone who has?
