Democrat Ted Deutch won the Special Election with 62%, with Republican Edward Lynch received 35%.

In the immediate wake of soon-to-be Rep. Ted Deutch's (D) victory in a special election in Florida's 19th district on Tuesday, the Democratic National Committee released a statement casting it as a rejection of Republican claims that health care would set off an electoral cataclysm for the party.

Your question contains the very thing that you accuse the Tea Party of, its angry, its a rant, and contains lies.
The Tea Party is seeking to reverse the trend of freedom erosion that liberals are pushing for, look at NATIONAL polls and you will see that more than half of the participants are either Democrat or independents.

the very fact that owe-bamas number continue to drop and overall support of the bill is below 40%,it has dropped 9+ points compared to those who supported it before the vote. i would say we will have until nov to be sure.and if you can make the accusations of lies being told, please note them.

It would have been nice if your question had been supported by any examples of the tea parties 'rants, lies and deceit'. As it was not, I have to reject your assertion and say no, the influence of the tea party has not run its course. As to the GOP, all I can say is, we'll see. But I think they would be wise to support the values of the tea party for their own good and the good of our nation.

Hope that helps.

Note: Reid's pretty certain to lose his seat in Nevada. That should tell you something.

You won an election in a district that would elected Bin Laden if he ran as a democrat. What about Mass. , New Jersey and west Virginia loses for the Democrats does that mean the left has run its course. Desperation is rearing its ugly head with the loony left.

Only if you believe $1.5 Trillion dollar deficits are good for the country.

Try not to think of the Tea movement as Democratic versus Republican.

You can align yourself essentially with the Tea Baggers, or with a massive over inflated bureaucratic Federal Government generating Trillion dollar deficits.
