Have 2 dresses: which one for a cruise and prom?

I have two dresses. which one should I wear for prom and which should I wear for cruise (formal night)?

I would definitely wear the first one for prom because its more sophisticated and fancy whereas the second is more fun for the cruise while still being elegant.
