have bought 3 bluetooth adapters but they wont work on windows 7 why?

3 different bluetooth adapters all installed properly my mobile phone can find em but they wont do anythin can anyone help me pleeaaassssseeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
di install the drivers still wont work telling me installed correctly device working properly but still nothing
