...all the time. I dont know who to tell? I throw up 2-3 times a day. I am about 2 stone overweight even though I do it this much, I do not excessively eat, i throw up a perfectly good dinner and then have a couple of bags of crisps cos i get hungry later. I know this is a stupid thing to do but I started when i was 14 and never got out of it. I now weigh myself before and after making myself sick and if I haven't gone down enough weight, i throw up again. Its never ending! Please help
