Have you ever had your eyes meet with someone elses and feel a spark?

So there's a guy in 1 of my classes in college who I can't stop thinking about. Our eyes have met a couple times and I just get a spark and this turning feeling in my stomach.. He sits in the first row and I sit in the 3rd and there aren't any empty seats so I wouldnt be able to sit next to him. How could I approach him or get to know him. He is so mesmerizing.... I don't usually get this feeling just from looking into someones eyes..... Hmmm ..


Do you thInk he felt a spark too. I've caught him turning around and glancing at me.
 
I dont think anyone can know if he felt anything except himself but to approach to him i think you can hmmmm maybe if you have a friend siting closer to him than you tell here to change places or something or just meet him at the cafeteria in the college and sit closer to him !! try to make him feel you keep looking at him or so... in my opinion i think it would be cool if you had courage and started a topic with him like ... hmmm "what time is it ?" "ohh i was absent last section, can i borrow your note book to copy stuff?" or anything like that !! just dont be scared what he will react !! if he wasnt gentil to you then forget about him cause sometimes we (guys) may act stupid !! :)
