Having issues with Divx software update?

Every time I turn on my computer, a message will pop up from DivX saying "A new version of DivX software is available". When I click "Install Now" the message goes away and nothing happens. The other computers in the house prompted the same question; but when I clicked on them, I got a message asking if I wanted to make the changes to the computer. When I clicked "Yes", it installed. Why won't it install on my computer?
