We are not dating, just friends, I was with him and his guy friends who I have not met before.
He was talking to one of them, and I asked him what I was talking about. He said 'I love you', and signed it out, twice in a joking manner. I just laughed it off.
He was talking about how he doesn't want a gf, so I assume he is just joking since it was in front of all his friends and we are not together?

He may love what he sees but doesn't know you inside. Not really guys are visual and only think about themselves. Your right someone can't love you with out knowing you. He only loves what he sees.
