He told his friends he thought I was obsessed with him?

Today in science, a boy named Joey asked me if I was obsessed with [insert boy's name]. I said no, of course. Then Joey said "Oh, well he said you stalk him," with a smug smirk. Let me clarify: I don't stalk him. Heck, I don't even see him outside of school. I liked [insert boy's name] for like two days and he has the audacity to say I stalk him? I told my friend and she was giggling saying "he talks about you", which is true but not in the good way right?

He still talks to me, looks me in the eyes, but he told his friends that I obsessed over him? I don't, and how do I get rid of this ridiculous rumor?
