Healthy Eating what should I eat to lost my stomach and gain muscles?

I have a question about my diet. I have been trying to become healthy lately and I have started working out a little bit. I just got a gym membership and I have been going (not to much yet) I am 25 years old and way 179.6 pounds and I am 6ft tall which is not over wait but I'm starting to get a gut. I don't want to cut meat out of my diet but what I need to know is what should i be eating and how much should I eat per day. I need help loosing my getting fat stomach and I want to do this as fast and healthy as possible. Since I'm going to be working out anyways I would like to build a bit of muscles please keep that in mind too. I have cut fast food out of my diet but fruits don't seem to fill me up. I love STEAK what should i do
