healthy weight gain exercises and diet?

I'm a 20 year old girl recovering from restrictive eating. I'm 97lbs (44kg) and 5'3. I have coeliac disease (so no gluten) and am vegetarian.
I'm trying really hard to gain some muscle back as I just feel so boney and so my question what exercises should I be doing and what types of food should I be eating?
I like to run but I'm worried it's too counter productive if I want to gain muscle?
I also don't have access to a gym, so any home body weight exercises would be good :)
Does anyone have any help? I'm really struggling
