Today while I was doing reverse curls, thought I was tough and put a lot more weight on there than I should have. I did about 3 reverse curls (with an EZ bar) and on the 4th one my wrist cracked and it hurt...I mean really hurt. It was simply too much weight.

It's been a few hours and my wrist is hurting kind-of bad when I move it in a certain direction (twisting). It's a little red on the outside right under the "ball" shaped thing.

I'm guessing I probably just bruised it pretty bad, and should give it some time to heal, but I just want to be sure it's not broken?

Anyone have advice?

i doubt its broken u defiantly put to much weight on it, u dont want to move your wrists when curling because your not isolating the bicep. Stay for it until its 100% until you start working out on it

Did you hear a crack? Maybe a hairline fracture. Ice it down over the weekend and see where you stand.

Bones don't crack, they break or maybe you pulled a tendon out of place.
