HELLPPp with my pink verizon razr!?

I dropped my phone and now i barely get any service. does anyone know how i could fix it so i can get service with out getting a new phone because my plan doesn't end until October and i don't want to lose all of my ringtones and contacts!!!
 
the only thing that i know to do is to go to verizon.com and do an online chat with a person that works with verizon hope that helps.
 
for your contacts if you have an online payment account or account online to look at your monthly bill they give you a back up data base on your phone that incase this happens and your phone breaks your number will automatically put your numbers into your new fone as it associates your number with all your contacts. I dont know about ringtones I know another thing like this is in the making for those and games and images so other than that all I can say is call verizon. do you have insurance for 6 dollars if so you can save money!


**Nick you might want to be careful what you say because Verizon doesnt credit your ringtones back! they never did my mother in law or me when we dropped our into the pool and also once when mine got broken by falling out of my pocket and just stopped working. you might want to make sure you give her your Customer Number so when she calls in she doesnt get her hopes up then they get dashed
