help adding music to my cellphone!?

I have a samsung eternity it's also a music player and I don't have a usb cord or internet on the computer I want to get music from but I have bluetooth and I want to add music to my phone and my phone couldn't get a find the computer thing I need help.
I want to listen to the music I don't want to use it as ringtones.
