I tried to disconnect it from my pc but it said 'you can safely remove device' but when i removed it just shut off. Anytime I try to turn it on, it shows the apple sign and starts making a clicking sound, then it shows 'apple.com/support/ipod'. Pls, does anyone have an idea on what i can do. i'll really appreciate it. thanks.
