HELP! Converting iTunes songs into ringtones!?

Hello,
I was wondering if you make a iTunes song ( for example: She wolf By Shakira) would cost any money. I do not have any Internet access on my phone. Please Help!

USE PHONEZOO.COM you can convert songs to ringtones but you have to make it an Mp4 first its completely free based on an unlimited wireless plan
 
if it is a ringtone eligiable song on itunes, then you can do it on there, and it will cost money.
However i suggest (if you have garage band) then you do it on there. It is free, and this is how you do it:
Simply, 1) open garageband
2) drag your song into garage band
3) cut out all the parts you DONT want in your ringtone
4) click share, send ringtone to itunes
5) make sure the music is to the front of the song
6) it should go into itunes, and make sure you sync it to your iphone
