For the past two weeks ive been feeling very weak and nauseas. Im nauseas before i eat with bad stomach pains and after i eat as well. i get migraines and head pains, i feel weak, my throat hurts and just recently started a fever.

i went to go see a doctor and he said i may have internal bleeding or a cysts or something. i have a blood test scheduled and he put me on three different types of medication. However im not so sure i agree with his "diagnosis" because wouldnt i need to have intolerable pain ALL the time?
please help!
