...interested? An ex and I have been texting each other for a couple of weeks now, just as friends, anyway a group that i am involved with has now ended for the winter, so i said to him i wasn't sure what i was going to do with my spare time now
he replied "wot about shooting some in the hole"?!
i didn't know what he meant, but i guessed at golf, he said it wasn't snooker either, so i asked him if it was pool. He replied "No polo" I don't now if he mis texted pool or he meant he thought i should do polo, anyway i replied that i wasn't posh enough for polo. He's not replied back to this.

Ok, so I now get what he meant by this, (not a sport at all - duh!), but its been 3 days and I've not heard anything from him, do you think I will hear from him or have I made him think I'm not interested?
I thought I'd be ok being friends but I would like to give things another try with him.
 
If ""wot about shooting some in the hole"?!" is supposed to be some crude reference to mean 'sex'... I'd be offended at such a crude comment. He obviously doesn't have much respect for you. And he's made no further effort to get in contact with you in a respectful way?
He's your ex. You split up for a reason, remember?
