Well, it's not exactly old, I don't think. But anyways. It was yaoi.
It's about this one spoiled teen (maybe 18 or 19?) and his family was rich and owned this company, and ever since he was a kid, he's been friends/using him as a man servant with this other guy(who was older) and I think the guy was apart of another company but one day something happens and. . . Well, the boys family company went bankrupt or something? And the father and brother decide to give the son up for adoption to his friend(the man-servant). And the man-servant was like the CEO(?) at this other company and so the boy got adopted by him and they were living together and stuff. Phew. Hope it jogs anyone's memory.. thank you!
