Here are the answers to the questions you may have

Q- the computer shuts down & reboots randomly when you are using it

A- Your motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced. contact Packard bell if you are under warranty it will be free

Q-Sometimes when you start your computer It makes a clicking noise & does not start up

A- This problem is random And does not happen very often. when this happens . try these steps

1- unplug the power from the pc and disconnect the HDD and the battery from the motherboard and wait 15- 30 minutes

2- then reconnect the hdd after 15-30Min's
and put the battery back in and the power

3- turn on the pc it should start up normally. Now
but if it still happens unplug the power wait a few minutes and plug the power Back in start up the pc
it should work now. If not keep trying this until it starts to work...
