Q- the computer shuts down & reboots randomly when you are using it
A- Your motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced. contact Packard bell if you are under warranty it will be free
Q-Sometimes when you start your computer It makes a clicking noise & does not start up
A- This problem is random And does not happen very often. when this happens . try these steps
1- unplug the power from the pc and disconnect the HDD and the battery from the motherboard and wait 15- 30 minutes
2- then reconnect the hdd after 15-30Min's
and put the battery back in and the power
3- turn on the pc it should start up normally. Now
but if it still happens unplug the power wait a few minutes and plug the power Back in start up the pc
it should work now. If not keep trying this until it starts to work...
Q- The computer turns on normally but nothing on screen
(No bios screen No green light on monitor No nothing)
A- This could indicate that your graphics card is faulty and needs to be replaced
Q- -when you start your computer It makes a clicking nose every 2 secs & does not start up
And it has a long boot fan noise and does not stop
A- The bios is damaged and the motherboard needs to be replaced...
