We are currently researching the general public’s perceptions of credibility of information in a community-based Q&A site such as Yahoo! Answers. You have been selected for inclusion in the study because you have experience in posting or answering questions in the site. We hope that you are willing to participate in our research project.
If you agree to participate, we will arrange to interview you (via phone, chat session on the Internet, or via email) for about an hour at your convenience. It will be recorded and transcribed for analysis. The interview will address how you assess the credibility of information given by fellow users or try to establish credentials of answers you provide to others in Yahoo! Answers.
