Help have an apple lap top and trouble downloading adobe flash player or internet

explorer 7.? Okay well i have one of those apple laptop but the problem is that my laptop has the oldest internet explorer and it dosen't let me go on myspace so i had downloaded Mozilla Fire fox but now it wont let me download adobe flash player and idk wat to do.. And i wanted to downloaded adobe flash player so that way I can listen or view peoples music on myspace. But it seems impossible to download because it says theres only one way to download it and that is on the Macintosh Hard drive but when i try downloading it it says i have to click on Mozilla fire fox and then it wont let me download it because it says theres a page open or something and the page that is open is the download thing.

And it wont let me download a newer internet explorer on here. so help plzzz
