HElp hurry please fish people!?

Ok i have a blue goromie and he is 4 years old. he isnt swimming right and is turing a really dark blue and is quite streaky. Is he dying!!!?!??
and what can i do to help him Please help!
I dont have medicine on hand what else can i do?

If you have no medicine...don't feed him for 2-3 days and make sure he is in complete darkness and possibly raise the temp a bit. Sometimes this helps stop a disease or parasite in fish. Good luck though without medicine.
